This is an all purpose and lamb rub that is in a league of its own, jam packed with flavour that compliments any protein, vegetables, soups, casseroles, even cheese! A Grand Championship and Meatstock award winning rub with a great balance of native New Zealand herbs. Kawakawa, Horopito and Thyme to name a few!

Ingredients:

Sugar, salt, herbs, maltodextrin, dehydrated garlic, spices, hydrolysed vegetable protein, yeast extract, vegetable oil, food acid (330), herb extract.
