Take your BBQ up a notch with these flavour-packed skewers starring Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce đŸ„©

Ingredients:
2 sirloin steaks - about 500–700 g
165 g brown sugar (Ÿ cup)
125 ml soy sauce (œ cup)
1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp (30 ml) canola oil
125 ml Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ sauce
3 green onions (shallots), cut into 2–3 cm pieces

Method:
Mix the marinade - brown sugar, soy sauce, canola oil, grated ginger, crushed garlic, sesame seeds and Blues Hog Tennessee Red BBQ Sauce.
Slice sirloin into thin strips, thread onto skewers with spring onion, then marinate for a couple of hours to soak up that sweet, tangy kick.
