General
We take your privacy seriously.
You may browse any area of this site without providing any personal information whatsoever. The only time when you will be asked to provide any personal information is when you wish to create a customer account with us, or would like to contact us.

Confidentiality
We will not release any information about our customers without their express consent, except as follows:
* To banks and credit card processors, to process and collect payments
* When required by legal process or to comply with court orders
* To our website designer when necessary to resolve technical problems

Web Server Behavior and Data Collection
Like Web servers in general, our servers collect certain non-personal information about our visitors. Some of this information (such as a visitor's IP address) is necessary because that's how computers communicate with each other.
Other information is used for statistical purposes or to resolve technical problems.
The information our servers collect may include:

Customer Identity
None of the information collected is used to identify any real person, and our servers do not collect information such as a visitor's name, address, email address, phone number, or other personal information unless that visitor has voluntarily provided that information by filling in and submitting a contact form or creating a customer account with us.

Cookies
This server may place a cookie on a visitor's browser for the purpose of determining whether or not it is their first visit to this site. This is used only to give us an idea how many unique, versus repeat visitors the site had in a given time period. The cookie does not attempt to "track" the visitor's viewing of other sites.

Returns
Our policy lasts on the day of delivery/pickup. If 1 day has gone by since your delivery/pickup, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@mymeatonline.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@mymeatonline.com.au and send your item to: My Meat Online, Unit 5, 61-63 Batt Street, Penrith NSW 2750, Australia.

Shipping
To return your product, you should bring your product back to: My Meat Online, Unit 5, 61-63 Batt Street, Penrith NSW 2750, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
