If you can't make it within the designated pick-up window, your order will be frozen to maintain its quality. You can pick it up frozen at a later time.

On the date you’ve selected for delivery, our team will notify you with an ETA. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the estimated delivery window. If no one is home to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you on the number provided. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be returned to our facility and your order will be frozen to maintain its quality. You can pick it up frozen at a later time.
