Cooking Instructions: 3 Simple Steps
1. Cut 500g of lean chicken breat (or your favourite lean meat).
2. Stir-fry meat in a non-stick pan until brown,
3. Add contents of Jar andheat through until ingredients are cooked and sauce is hot. Serve with rice.
For something adventurous - Try adding green beans and broccoli. If you prefer a thicker sauce simmer uncovered until the sauce reaches the desired consistency
